1.Cutoff the electrical power to the dishwasher.
2.Turn off the wat er supply and disco nnect the water inl et pipe from the water valve.
3.Drain thewater from the inletpipe andwatervalve. (Use apan to catch thewater)
4.Reconnect the water inl et pipe to the water valve.
5.Remove the filter at the bott omo f the tub and use a sponge to soak up wate r in the sum p.

The entire filter assembly should be cleaned once a week.
When cleaning the filters, don't knock on them. O therwise, the filters could b e
contorted and theperformance of the dishwasher could be decreased.
