Selecting an option
The AIR DRY Option
ENERGY
SAVING
Air in the dishwasher is automatically heated during the “dry” part of
all cycles except RINSE & HOLD.
AIR DRY
If the AIR DRY Option is selected, air in the dishwasher is not heated.
Using the AIR DRY Option helps save energy, but dishes take longer to
dry [overnight) and some water spotting may result. Some items [such
as plastics) may need towel drying.
HI-TEMP WASHING Option
HI-TEMP
When the HI-TEMP WASHING Option is selected, water for the main wash
and the final rinse is heated to 145°F (63°C) -except in CHINA CRYSTAL
and RINSE & HOLD Cycles.
WASHING
Washing and rinsing action in those parts of the cycle will be longer if
the water is heated. The WATER HEATING HOLD Signal Light will be on to
show that the cycle is delayed while water is heating.
