To Defrost With Your
Microwave Oven
To defrost foods In your microwave oven. follow these simple steps:
1 PIace food to be defrosted in the oven and close door securely.
2. Set timer for amount of defrost time desired.
3. Turn Cook Power knob to MED-LO and “Defrost”
will
appear in
display above the Cook Power knob.
4. Push START button. The microwave oven will automatically turn off
at the end of the time indicated.
5. Some standing time
