Using Hot Air Grilling
This function uses both the grill element and the
fan. Turn the function control knob to the
appropriate position. To achieve optimum
cooking results, it is advisable to place the oven
shelf in the middle position while the oven tray
should be inserted at the bottom.
IMPORTANT: When using the hot air grilling
function, set the thermostat knob no higher
than 175°C, which is between the 150°C and
200°C setting, to avoid overheating the front
of the appliance.
The door MUST be closed while Hot Air
Grilling.
Using Defrost
Turn the oven function control knob to defrost and
ensure that the thermostat control knob is set to
OFF.
The fan operates without heat and circulates air, at
room temperature, inside the oven. This function is
particularly suitable for delicate foods which could be
damaged by heat, e.g. cream filled gateaux,
pastries, bread and other yeast products

defrosting process.
Only joints of meat and poultry up to 2 kg. (4 lb.) are
suitable for defrosting in this way.
