Table 1-1 lists the processor cards that are available for use in the Cisco ICS 7750
chassis.

1-6 MRP cards run Cisco IOS and provide the
functionality of multiservice routers and
H.323-compliant voice gateways. Analog station
interface (ASI) cards add support for high-density
analog Foreign Exchange Station (FXS) ports
(8- and 16-port versions are available). Flash
memory is an option that is available for the MRP
and ASI cards.

management software (Cisco ICS 7700 System
Manager), call-processing software
(Cisco CallManager), and IP telephony
applications (Cisco Unity).

7 The SSP card runs Cisco IOS and integrates the
Cisco ICS 7750 with your switched Ethernet
10/100 backbone.

8 The SAP card sends fault detection and system
monitoring information to the fault management
module that is embedded in the Cisco ICS 7700
System Manager software.
