Removing the Compass Arc from the Map Page:
1)
With the Map Page displayed, press the MENU Key.
2)
Turn or move the FMS Joystick to highlight ‘Set Up Map’ and press the
ENT Key.
3)
Turn the FMS Joystick to highlight the ‘General’ Menu.
4)
Move the FMS Joystick to highlight the ‘Compass Arc’ field.
5)
Turn the FMS Joystick to access the ‘On/Off’ drop down list.
6)
Turn or move the FMS Joystick to highlight ‘Off’, and press the ENT Key.
2.2 PANEL
The panel shows GPS-derived data in a graphical format. Keep in mind the differences
between the GPS-derived panel and mechanical instruments, as mechanical panel
instruments use sensors that provide information different from that derived using
GPS.
