14.3 Extension Features
You can configure the following features on a per extension basis:
• Call Forwarding - set up call forwarding rules for the individual extension based on the
following criteria:
• Your extension is busy.
• You turn on DND (Do Not Disturb). You can set up a list of telephone numbers,
referred to as the White List that ignore DND.
• Unconditionally, forwards all calls to a specific extension or your voice mail.
• There is no answer at your extension. This also allows you to set up a Find Me List,
which is a list of phone numbers where you might be located.
• Call Blocking - set up a list of telephone numbers that you don’t want to receive calls
from. Or, stop calls without caller ID from reaching your extension.
• Voice Mail Forwarding - Configure the X6004 to forward your voice mail messages to
your e-mail account.
