Cleaning
1. Unplug unit from electrical outlet.
2. Remove cover from motor housing.
3. Wash the GladWare
®
bowl, perma-
nent bowl, cover, and blade
assembly in hot, soapy water. Blade
is sharp; handle carefully. Rinse
and dry. The GladWare
®
bowl, perma-
nent bowl, cover and blade assembly
may also be washed in top rack of
dishwasher.
4. Wipe the motor housing and cord
with a damp cloth or sponge. To
remove stubborn stains, use a mild
non-abrasive cleanser.
5. Assemble the unit and store.

• Disconnect power before cleaning.
• Do not immerse cord, plug or base
in any liquid.

Tear bread slices (max. 2) into 6 pieces.
