Cleaning and care
Cleaning the wash cabinet
In general the wash cabinet is self-
cleaning, provided that the correct
amount of dishwasher detergent is
used.
If however ther are time scale or grease
deposits these can be removed with a
proprietary dishwasher cleaner.
Cleaning the door and the
door seal
Wipe the door seal regularly with a
damp cloth and remove any par-
ticles of food.
Wipe away any residue of food and
drink spillage from the sides of the
dishwasher door. These are not part
of the wash cabinet and are not
reached by water from the spray
arms.
The facia panel
This should only be wiped with a
damp cloth, or a suitable plastic
cleaner.
Do not use an abrasive cleaner, a
glass cleaner or an all-purpose
cleaner. Because of their chemical
composition they could cause
serious damage to plastic surfaces.
The front of the dishwasher
Laminate fronts should be cleaned
using a suitable proprietary cleaning
agent.
Fronts made from wood should only
be cleaned using a damp cloth or
leather and dried with a soft cloth.
Do not use any cleaner containing
ammonia or thinners.
