1. Press the Start / 1 min. + button once for each
minute of cooking.
2. The time will be displayed and the oven will
start.
Power/Auto
Defrost
1. Press POWER/AUTO DEFROST.
2. Enter weight of food by pressing POWER/AUTO
DEFROST button repeatedly or using the
number buttons.
3. Press START.
4. When the oven beeps, turn food over. Press
START to resume defrosting cycle.

1. Use function buttons to set cooking time.
2. To set higher power level, press POWER
LEVEL and use the number buttons to enter the
power level.
3. Press START to begin cooking.
