Range Features
Here is a quick guide to the features of your range and a handy index to the
important information in the following pages.
Note: This guide is used for several models so the illustration may not be
identical to your model. However, operating instructions for each of the
features and functions of your range will be found in this guide.
Oven Controls
1. Upper Oven Thermostat Control
This is the on/off control for all upper
oven cooking functions. Push in and
turn knob to the temperature you
want.
2. Clock and Minute TimerServes as
a time of day and minute timer. The
minute timer does not start or stop
cooking. It simply serves as a handy
kitchen timer that buzzes when the
set time has run out. The clock is also
used to program the timed bake and
self-clean cycles in the lower oven.
3. Lower Oven Selector ControlThis
is the on/off control for all lower oven
cooking functions.
4. Lower Oven Thermostat Control
This control is used to select the
desired cooking temperature.
5. Rocker Switch for the Fluorescent
Cooktop LightPush to turn the
fluorescent cooktop light on and off.
6. Oven Light Rocker SwitchPush to
turn oven lights on and off.
