LIM ITATION OF WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LI EU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS
AND/OR REMEDIES UNDER THE LAW, INCL UDING ANY IM PLIED W ARRANTIES OR CONDI TIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTI CULAR PURPO SE. THE ORIGINAL OWNER’S SOLE
REMEDY WI TH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE
PARTS UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL RIGHTS TO CONSE QUENTIAL OR
INCIDE NTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR LOST SAL ES, LOST PROFIT S, PRO DUCT LO SS,
PROPERTY DAMAGES OR SERVICE EXPENSES) ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE EXPRESS
W ARRANTIES MADE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT BE ALTERE D, ENLARGED, OR CHANGED
BY ANY DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, OR OTHER PERSON, WHATSOEVER.
LEGAL REMEDIES
The owner must notify Taylor in writ ing, by certified or register ed letter to the following address, of any defect or
complaint with the Part , stating the defect or complaint and a specific r equest for repair, replacement , or other
correction of the Part under warranty, mailed at least thirty (30) days before pursuing any legal rights or remedies.
