drive shaft.

square end of the drive

square end of the drive
shaft. Contact a service
technician for drive shaft
removal.

drive shaft, drive coupling
or both components.
b. Replace the drive shaft,
drive coupling or both
components.

6. Excessive mix leakage in
the rear drip pan.
a. Improper or inadequate
lubrication on the drive
shaft o- ring or seal.
a. Use the correct lubricant
(Taylor Lube) and follow
proper lubrication
procedures.

b. Worn or missing o- ring or
seal on the drive shaft.
b. Replace rubber parts
every 3 months.

7. No freezer operation with
the unit in the “AUTO”
position.
a. The unit is unplugged. a. Plug the power cord in the
wall receptacle.

b. The beater motor has
tripped the internal
overload.
b. Place the toggle switch in
the “OFF” position. Allow
the motor to cool, then
resume normal operation.
Contact a service
technician if the problem
continues.

c. The fill switch is not in the
“ON” position.
c. Place the fill switch in the
“ON” position.

d. The circuit breaker tripped
or the fuse has blown.
