Keep cooktop vents unobstructed.

Clean your cooktop regularly. See care and
cleaning instructions in this manual.

Be sure all cooktop parts are cool before
cleaning.

Do not soak removable coil heating elements
in water. The element will be damaged and
shock or fire could result.

If your cooktop has a ceramic cooktop
module, clean it with care. Some cleaners
can produce noxious fumes if applied to a
hot surface. If a wet paper towel is used to
wipe spills on a hot cooking area, be careful
to avoid steam burns.

Do not repair or replace any part of the
cooktop unless specifically recommended in
this manual. All other servicing should be
referred to a qualified technician.

Disconnect the electrical supply before
servicing the cooktop.
