New Features The following features have been added at this release:
IP Routing Support on the FSM
IP routing is supported on the FDDI Switching Module (FSM). For IP routing
configuration information, see the LANplex® 6000 Extended Switching User
Guide.
An IP interface can span multiple ports and slots that are within the same
HSI Switch Engine. For information describing the HSI Switch Engine, see the
FDDI Switching Module (FSM) Guide.
