Note 4) When this combination of defect processing methods is specified, the IDD performs
verification of the data blocks after initialization and creates the C List. In other combination
defect processing methods, the INIT can clearly specify whether the verification operation is
prohibited or permitted by the DCRT flag of the Format parameter.
