1. Place oven rack in the top rack groove.
Place bread centered on oven rack.
2. Press the Toast button.
3. Use the Up and Down arrows to select
the desired toast shade. Five segments
is darkest. One segment is lightest.
Using Your Toaster Oven
TIP! The toaster oven will remember the last temperature and time settings that are
made within five minutes after the preheat light goes out. In the event of a power
outage or the unit is unplugged, the toaster oven will default to the preset settings.
4. At the end of the toast cycle, 3 short
beeps will sound. The Toast and On
indicator lights will turn off.
5. To stop the toasting cycle sooner,
press the Stop button.
6. When finished, unplug from outlet.

Toasting Tips!
To toast frozen pastry or waffles,
place oven rack in high position.
Select a light color and toast directly
on oven rack. If pastry has a glaze or
frosting, use baking pan to prevent
dripping.
• The number of slices of bread, the
bread freshness, and the starting tem-
perature of the oven will affect toast
color. Adjust the toast Shade Selector
to achieve the desired color.
• When toasting, condensation may
form on oven door. A toaster is open
and allows moisture to escape. A
toaster oven is a closed space and so
moisture is slow to escape. This is
normal.
• At the end of the toast cycle, remove
toast immediately or the heat remain-
ing in the toaster oven will continue to
toast and dry out your toast.

Bagel
1. Place oven rack in the top rack
groove. Place bagel with cut side up,
centered on oven rack.
2. Press the Bagel button.
NOTE: The pre-programmed bagel
toasting time is longer than the
standard toast setting.
3. Use the Up and Down arrows to
select the desired bagel shade.
4. At the end of the bagel cycle, 3 short
beeps will sound. The Bagel and On
indicator lights will turn off.
5. To stop the bagel cycle sooner, press
the Stop button.
6. When finished, unplug from outlet.
