Probe (lower oven)
The temperature probe may be cleaned
with soap and water or a soap-filled
scouring pad. Cool the temperature
probe before cleaning. Scour stubborn
spots with a soap-filled scouring pad,
rinse and dry.
■ Do not immerse the temperature probe in
water.
■ Do not store the temperature probe in the
cooking center.
Control Panel
It’s a good idea to wipe the control
panel after each use. Clean with mild
soap and water or vinegar and water,
rinse with clean water and polish dry
with a soft cloth. When cleaning, the
control panel should be at room
temperature and not in direct sunlight.
Do not use abrasive cleansers, strong
liquid cleaners, plastic scouring pads or
oven cleaners on the control panel—they
will damage the finish. A 50/50 solution
of vinegar and hot water works well.
