SYMPTOM
Cutting tool locked to shaft.
Decoring screw or agitator device
cannot be removed.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Build-up between cutting tool and
dicing grid or potato chip grid.
Devices have tightened during use
of the machine.
SUGGESTED ACTION
Always use the ejector plate. Use
a thick leather glove and carefully
rotate cutting tool clockwise.
Use the wrench provided to
unscrew devices (left-hand thread).
