Slide the glass tray with the combi
rack into the first shelf level from the
bottom.
The following containers are suitable:
Ovenproof glass, china and
earthenware pots with heat-resistant
handles and knobs.
Cover dishes which are to be cooked in
their own juice and/or steam, e.g.
potatoes or vegetables. This also
prevents the food from drying out.
Where a crisp finish is required e.g. for
meat, cook without a lid.
