Switching the ice cube maker

If you do not want the appliance to
make any ice cubes, the ice cube
maker can be switched off
independently of the freezer section.
^ Press the ON/OFF button on the ice
cube maker until the indicator light
goes out.
If the ice cube maker is switched off,
the ice cube drawer can be used for
freezing and storing food.
Clean the ice cube drawer if the ice
cube maker is going to be switched
off for an extended period of time!
Setting the water inlet time
The size of the ice cubes that are
produced depends on the water
pressure and the water inlet time that is
set.
For instance, if the ice cube maker
produces small ice cubes then your
water pressure is low. To produce
larger ice cubes, the water inlet time
must be prolonged:
^
Switch the ice cube maker on.
^ Touch the X button and keep your
finger on the button.
^ Now tap once on the ON/OFF button
(WITHOUT releasing the X button!).
^
Keep your finger on the X button for
another 5 seconds until c is
displayed.
^
Keep tapping the X button until e is
displayed.
^
Tap the ON/OFF button to confirm.
^
Keep tapping the X button until e2is
displayed.
^
Tap the ON/OFF button again to
confirm.
