Removing the base cover
The electrical terminal is located behind
the front cover in the middle of the
commercial dishwasher base.

Disconnect the commercial
dishwasher from the electrical power
supply!

All work on the electrical
connection should be carried out by
Miele Service.
^ Unscrew the 2 screws (left and right)
and remove the base panel.
^ Screw the base panel back on when
work on the connection is finished.
Follow the installation diagram
included with the commercial
dishwasher!
Connecting the potential equalization
The connection screw (8) for potential
equalization is located at the back of
the commercial dishwasher.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This
appliance must be grounded. In the
event of malfunction or breakdown,
grounding will reduce the risk of
electric shock by providing a path of
least resistance for electric current. This
appliance is equipped with a cord
having an equipment-grounding
conductor and a grounding plug. The
plug must be plugged into an
appropriate outlet that is properly
installed and grounded in accordance
with all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING – Improper connection of
the equipment-grounding conductor
can result in the risk of electric shock.
Check with an electrician if in doubt of
the appliance’s grounding. Do not
modify the plug provided with the
appliance: if it will not fit the outlet, have
a proper outlet installed by a qualified
electrician.
The wires in the cord are colored in
accordance with the following code:
green = ground
white = neutral
black = live 1
red = live 2
