Programming Convection with Microwave
, Custom Combination allows the combination any oven ,
temperature with any microwave power leve! and selecttime.
Select thecooking modeand oventemperature and preheat. '
Afterthe ovenis preheated,set the microwave powerleveland
cooking time.
Select low-sided cookware without a cover that is made of
either metal, oven-safe glass or glass ceramic.
, Donot usepaper towelswhen usinga Custom Combination.
Custom Combination cannot be used with proof, warm or
dehydrate.
Do notleavea meat thermometer in meatduring roasting.
Oven probecannot be usedin custom combination program.
Placefood in the center of the oven on Rack 3.
Rack positions are numbered starting from the bottom of the
oven, with Rack 1closest tothe bottom.
A microwave cooking time cannot exceed 1 hour 40 minutes
without being reset.
When the beep signals the end of the cooking time, the
microwave turns off automatically while the oven elements
remainon.
To set a customized program:
1. Select UPPER OVEN.
