2 . Open lid, remove pan and allow to cool.

9 . Put kneading blade on the shaft of pan.
10 - 13. C h e ck the dough ball halfway through the 1st kneading cycle.
It should be round, smooth-textured, soft and slightly tacky to the touch.
If more like a batter, add 1 TBL flour. A l l ow to mix; add more if necessary.
If too dry add 1 tsp wa t e r. A l l ow to absorb; add more if necessary.
