Using aluminum foil for baking
Use aluminum foil to catch spiiiovers
from pies or casseroles:
l
Place
the foil on the oven rack below the
rack with the food. Turn up foil edges and
make sure foil is about 1 inch (2.5 cm)
larger all around than the dish hokiing the
food.
l
Do not cover
the entire rack with aiumi-
num foil. it will reduce air circulation and
cause poor cooking resutts.
l
Do not line
oven bottom with foil or other
liners. Poor baking will result.
Electrical Shock and Fire Hazard
Do not allow foil to touch the heating
elements.
Failure to follow this precaution could
result in electrical shock or fire hazard
and damage to the elements.
