USING “PAUSE”
For best results, some recipes call for stirring, turning, or adding ingredients during
cookrng Your microwave oven can be set to pause between COOK CYCLE 1 and 2 to
give you ttme to stir or turn the food, or to add ingredients
DO THIS...
THIS HAPPENS...
1.
Put food in the oven and
close the door.
2. Touch in desired cook-
ing instructions for
COOK CYCLE 1 (page 10).

Touch PAUSE.

The PAUSE Signal Light will come on and
the Display will show the Cook Power you
selected for COOK CYCLE 1 [if other than
high), or the time selected for the COOK
Eam CYCLE1
4. Touch in desired cook-
ing instructions for
COOK CYCLE 2 (page
10).
When COOK CYCLE 1 is over, you will hear
one beep The oven will shut off
5. Touch START.
The PAUSE and COOK CYCLE 2 Signal Lights

come on. The Display will show the
time set for COOK CYCLE 2.

Open the door. Stir, turn or add ingredients.
Close the door.
Touch START to continue with COOK CYCLE 2.
The oven will remain off until you touch
START.
ADDING “PAUSE”
The PAUSE can be added while the oven
IS
operating in COOK CYCLE 1, and if there is
to be a COOK CYCLE 2
1 Touch PAUSE
2 Touch START
The mrcrowave oven wrtl stop automatically after COOK CYCLE 1 You will hex one
beep COOK CYCLE 2 will not begrn until START is touched.
If COOK CYCLE 2 has already started, PAUSE cannot be added. Open the oven door
to stop cooktng, stir or turn food; close the door and touch START
