Selected entrées should remain
frozen until ready to reheat. Do not
remove entrée from the original
container before cooking. The
original pan cover should remain on
the entrée during the cooking
process. Load frozen entrées into a
preheated oven.
Frozen entrée pans can be placed and
cooked on sheet pans to facilitate
product handling.
If product thaws prior to cooking, adjust
the timer using 25 to 30 minutes for
Type A entrées and 35 to 40 minutes
for Type B entrées.
