6) The first batch will come out curly; the second
batch will be more straight. Note: You can
reprocess the first batch.
7) When the pasta is long enough, cut the desired

8) To change screens, remove the ring nut and
switch briefly to speed 1 to eject the screen.
9) Cook macaroni and rigatoni within 4 hours.
Otherwise, they will become brittle and snap.
Care and Cleaning for Your Pasta Maker
1) Switch the stand mixer “off” and remove the pasta
maker from the unit.
2) Loosen the ring nut manually or with the spanner,
and then dismantle. Figure 5.
3) Use the cleaning tool (8) to remove all dough.
Note: Allow the dough to dry in the screens before
using the cleaning tool.
4) Wash parts by hand in warm water with mild
detergent or place in the top rack of your
dishwasher.
