SECTION 4: OPERATIONS
To reduce your risk of
serious injury, read this
entire manual BEFORE
using machine.
If you are not experienced with this type
of machine, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND
that you seek additional training outside of
this manual. Read books/magazines or get
formal training before beginning any proj-
ects. Regardless of the content in this sec-
tion, Grizzly Industrial will not be held liable
for accidents caused by lack of training.
Blade Change
The saw blade included with this meat saw is a
general purpose 6 TPI (Teeth Per Inch) blade.
Refer to SECTION 5: ACCESSORIES on Page
20 for replacement blades or blades designed
for cutting other materials. Do research to help in
selecting the proper blade for the application.
ONLY use food-grade saw blades (typically
stainless steel) to prevent food contamina-
tion from metal corrosion.
To change the saw blade:
1. DISCONNECT SAW FROM POWER!
2. Rotate both wheel cover knobs clockwise to
open wheel cover and expose wheels (see
Figure 6).

always wear safety glasses
and face shield when oper-
ating this machine.
Saw blades are very sharp
and can quickly cause cut-
ting injuries. Always wear
heavy-leather gloves when
handling saw blades.
