Cutting Meat
The Model G0770 Heavy-Duty Benchtop Meat
Cutting Saw is designed to cut through fresh or
frozen meat or bones.
This saw can quickly cause
cutting or amputation inju-
ries. Use the included push-
through tool and fence to
guide the meat through the
blade. NEVER place your
hand or fingers in-line with
or near the moving blade.
To cut meat:
1. Make sure all parts of saw are properly
cleaned and sanitized.
2. Make sure blade is properly installed and
tensioned.
3. Adjust and secure fence for desired thickness
of cut.
4. Turn saw ON and wait for blade to reach full
speed.
5. Using fence and push-through tool, slowly
feed meat through the cut.
Note: If you hear the motor slow down or
struggle with cut, reduce feed rate.
6. Turn machine OFF, wait for blade to com-
pletely stop, then remove cut-off piece.
7. Properly align remaining meat with fence and
blade, then repeat Steps 4–6 to make addi-
tional cuts.
