Programmed Heating
Example: Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH power (1 stage heating).
Memory Pad A – 5 was preset for 1 minute on HIGH power (see Factory Preset, page 9).
Open the door and place food inside the oven. Close the door.
Timer
display shows [ 0 ].
Press memory pad 5. Display shows [ 1:00 ], indicator is lit above
HI and
A-5 is lit.
If the oven is in Program Lock mode, heating begins without
pressing Start.
If the oven is not in Program Lock mode, press Start. Heating
begins and the displayed time counts down.
Time for 1 stage cooking counts down. Stage number and Power
level
flash.
When the total time has lapsed, heating stops, BEEP sounds, and
the
[ 0 ] will flash.
Open the door. Remove the food. The previously selected power
time
[ HI 1:00 ] and stage indicators return to the display.
For heating from programmed memory pads with 2 or 3 stage power and time settings, the operation
is the same except that the oven sequentially counts down the total time. The power level and stage
(1, 2 or 3) is lit as required by memory.
If you want to select a program stored in memory pad B-5, press SHIFT and then press
memory pad 5.
