• Ingredients:
• 30 g of sweet potato (around
1/2 cup)
• 20 g of pumpkin (around 1/3 cup)
• 35 g of rice (around 1/3 cup)
• 35 g of millet (around 1/3 cup)
• Cooking: Wash millet and rice and
soak for 6 hours. Remove the skin of
sweet potato and pumpkin and cut

rice and soak for 6 hours. Wash and
chop fresh lily bulbs into small pieces.
