STEP 1
Sok
Add 13 tbsp of seeds to the glss jr. Add
enough cold wter to completely submerge
the seeds. Leve the seeds to sok of  minimum
of 8 hours.
STEP 2
Rinse
After soking, plce the lid with itted sleeve
insert on the glss jr nd pour the wter out.
To empty the glss hold it t  slight ngle. Rinse
the seeds until the wter runs cler. Rinse seeds
twice dily to prevent the formtion of mold.
