TIPS ON MAKING
SUSHI ROLLS:
Sushi is very versatile and can be made with just
about any filling that you wish. If using raw fish, be
sure that it is sushi-grade fish from a reputable
fishmonger. Cooked fish and vegetables are simple
alternatives.
A sushi mat is very helpful in rolling sushi. You can
also hand-roll sushi if using nori (seaweed paper).
Following are some suggestions for fillings to give
guidelines on amounts – substitute your favourite
flavours.
