Meat Probe
For switching off the oven when the temperature at the centre of a
roast reaches a set temperature.
The meat probe is used with the Conventional (Top/Bottom heating)
Â, Fan Cooking » and Rotitherm ¿ functions.
There are two temperatures to be set:
• Oven temperature (see Chapter "Type of use, Tables...: Roasting Ta-
bles")
• Core temperature (see Chapter "Type of use, Tables...: Meat Probe Ta-
ble")

Important: Use only the meat probe supplied! If replacing, please use
only original replacement parts.
1. Where possible, push the meat
probe fully into the meat, so that
the point is in the centre.
2. Plug the meat probe into the socket
on the side of the oven, pushing in
fully.
È is lit red.
3. Set the desired oven function and
temperature.
È is lit white.
4. Press the MEAT PROBE Ê button.
The temperature display indicates 70°C as the suggested temperature
for the core temperature of the roast.
