OPERATING THE SELF-CLEANING OVEN

How to Set the Oven for Cleaning
Quick Reminder:

Allow

cleaning.
2. Slide the latch handle to the

handle. Forcing the

door lock mechanism.
3. Turn the Oven Temperature knob to
AUTO SELF CLEAN. Both the AUTO SELF
CLEAN and the OVEN ON
lights
will glow.
NOTE:

Clean cycle time is normally 4 hours and
20
minutes. You can
change
the
clean
time
to
anywhere between
3
hours
and 5 hours and

minutes, depending on how dirty your

is.
You have one minute to change
your
clean
time.

Both the OVEN ON light and the LATCH DOOR

After a Clean Cycle
You may notice some white ash in the oven.

wipe

wool pad. Be sure to rinse thoroughly
with a vinegar and water mixture. These deposits
are

a
salt
residue that cannot
