Selecting types of Cookware:

Stainless Steel: Recommended.
Aluminum: Heavy Weight recommended.
Goodconductivity.Aluminumresiduessometimesappearasscratchesonthecooktop,butcan
beremovedifcleanedimmediately.Becauseofitslowmeltingpoint,thinweightaluminumshould
notbeused.
Copper Bottom: Recommended.
Coppermayleaveresidues,whichcanappearasscratches.Theresiduescanberemoved,as
longasthecooktopiscleanedimmediately.However,donotletthesepotsboildry.Overheated
metalcanbondtoglasscooktops.Anoverheatedcopperbottompotwillleavearesiduethatwill
permanentlystainthecooktopifnotremovedimmediately.
Porcelain Enamel Recommended.
Covered Cast Iron: Aslongasthecookwareiscoveredcompletelywithporcelainenamel,thiscookwareisrecom-
mended.Cautionisrecommendedforcastironcookwarethatisnotcompletelycoveredwith
smoothporcelainenamelasitmayscratchtheglassceramiccooktop.
