The recommended positions are the 1

BROWNING

In the "BROWNING" function, food is
heated from above.
Use this function for:
– browning meringue,
– melting a cheese topping,
– caramelising a sugar topping as in
crème brulee.
The recommended position is the 4
th
runner from the bottom.
