Step 7
Install the shelf. Choose the level desired and align
the grooves in the back of the shelf with the holding
collars. Slide the shelf down over the holding collars of
the same height on the left and right sides.

Preparea pailof approved100 PPM sanitizing solution
(examples: 2- 1/2 gal. [9.5 liters] of Kay- 5R or 2 gal.
[7.6 liters] of Stera- SheenR). USE WARM WATER
AND FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER’SSPECIFIC-
ATIONS.

Install the o- ring on the bottom o f the funnel.

Lay the funnel and the hopper gasket in the bottom of
the mix hopper and pour the sanitizing solution into the
hopper.

brush clean the hopper and the mix inlet hole.
