Step 4
Install thepumpassembly. Toposition thepump onthe
drive hub at the rear of the mix hopper, align the drive
hole in the piston with the drive crank of the driveshaft.
Secure the pump in place by slipping the pump clip
over the collar of the pump, making sure the clip fits
into the grooves in the collar.

Step 5
Push one end of the vinyl sanitizing tube onto the air
inlet tube for the pump. Be sure the free end is
submerged in the sanitizing solution in the hopper.

Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the other side of the
freezer on the M odel 8754.
Step 6
Place the power switch in the ON position.
Step 7
Press the WASH key. This will cause the sanitizing
solution in the freezing cylinder to agitate. Allow it to
agitate for f ive minutes.

With anempty pail beneaththe door spout(s), raise the
prime plug and press the PUMP k ey.
