Step 2
Once a steady stream of mix starts to flow from the
prime plug opening in the bottom of the freezer door,
push down the pr ime plug.

Step 3
When the mix stops bubbling down into the freezing
cylinder, insert the mix feed tube. Remove t he locking
clip from the outlet fitting of the mix pump. Insert the
outlet end of the mix feed tube int o the mix inlet hole
in the mix hopper. Place the inlet end of the mix feed
tube into the outlet fitting of the mix pump. Secure with
locking clip.

Step 4
Press the AUTO key. When the unit cycles off, the
product will be at serving viscosity.

Step 5
Fill the hopper with fresh mix. As the mix level comes
in contact with the mix l evel sensing probe on the front
wall of the hopper, t he MIX LOW light will shut off.
Note: The MIX REF light will come on, indicating the
mix refrigeration system is maintaining mix in the mix
hopper.
Step 6
Place the mix hopper cover in pos ition.
Repeat steps 1 through 6 for the other side of the
freezer on the M odel 8754.
Closing Procedure
To disassemble your unit, the following items will be
needed:
S T wo cleaning pails
S Sanitized s tainless steel rerun can with lid
S Necessary brushes (provided with freezer)
S Cleaner
S Single service towels
