Door Assembly
Step 1
With the door in a horizontal position, install the
draw arm plate. Install all three short stud nuts and
leave them loose.

Step 2
Turn the door over and install the door gasket.
Note: DO NOT lubricate the gasket, as this will
cause the gasket to leak over time.
Step 3
Press a ll around the gasket to ensure a flush,
secure fit in the groove. The gasket may have to b e
stretched slightly to get it into the proper position.
To ensure that the gasket is correctly positioned,
verify that the middle section of the gasket is arched
upward. If the middle section of the gasket is
concave, or extends into the middle of the seal, turn
the gasket over, as it is upside down.

Step 4
Seat the door on the freezer studs. To ensure the
door gasket doesn't fall o ff, hold the door flush with
the freezing cylinder with one hand while installing
the stud nuts with the other hand. Hand-tighten the
stud nuts equally in a criss-cross pattern to insure
the door is snug.

Step 5
Repeat the assembly instructions on the
remaining freezing cylinders.
