Note: Models 162/168 have three draw handles.
Slide the tip of the draw handle into the slot of the draw
valve, starting from the right. Slide the short p ivot pin
through the far right draw handle. S lide the long pivot
pin t hrough the far left and middle draw handles.

Step 13
Snap the design cap(s) over the bottom of the freezer
door spout(s).

Lay the feed tube(s) in the bottom of the mix hopper(s).
Sanitizing
Step 1
Prepare an approved 100 PPM sanitizing solution (ex-
amples: Kay- 5R or Stera- SheenR). USE WARM
W ATER AND FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER’S
SPECIFICATIONS.
Step 2
Pour one gallon (3.8 liters) of the sanitizing solution
into the hopper and allow it to flow into the freezing
cylinder.
Step 3
While the solution is flowing into the freezing cylinder,
brush- clean the mix hopper , mix level float stem, mix
level float, mix inlet hole, and feed tube.
