Baking, 4 large, halved 2 8x8 glass pan. 40 to 45 minutes
Asparagus
1 lb. 2 Bottom of 2-piece broil pan. 15 minutes
Carrots
Quartered, cut into 2" strips 2 Bottom of 2-piece broil pan. 30 to 35 minutes
Corn
6 ears, husks removed 2 9x13 glass pan. 30 to 35 minutes
Mushrooms, stuffed 2 15x10

Potatoes, Baking
Large 10 to 12 oz. (2) 2 Place on oven rack. 80 to 90 minutes
Medium 7 to 9 oz. (4) 2 Place on oven rack. 65 to 70 minutes
Small 4 to 6 oz. (4) 2 Place on oven rack. 55 to 60 minutes
Potatoes, New
Quartered, 3 Ibs. 2 Bottom of 2-piece broil pan. 40 minutes
Squash, Winter
4 halves, placed face down in dish 2 9x13 glass pan. 60 to 65 minutes
Tomatoes
4 or 6 halves, with crumb topping 2 8x8 glass pan. 15 to 20 minutes
Vegetables, Assorted

Yams, Whole
Large, 12 to 15 oz. 2 Bottom of 2-piece broil pan. 80 to 90 minutes
Medium, 8 to 10 oz. 2 Bottom of 2-piece broil pan. 50 to 55 minutes
Yams, Candied 2 9x13 glass pan. 30 to 35 minutes
