"To set the Convection Bake mode:
1. For double ovens, select upper or lower oven.
2. SelectCONVEOTION BAKE.
Thetemperature isautomatically set at 325°F.

To change thetemperature:
To change the temperature from 825°F, selectanother
temperature immediate%, before starting.
4. Select START.
Thetemperaturedisplay alternatesbetweenthesettemperature
and theactual temperature, beginning with 100°R The actual
temperaturecounts up in 5°F increments.
Theovenispreheatedwhenthe beepsignals once. PREHEAT
disappears from the display.
5. Toend this mode, select OVEN OFF.
