WHAT _S COVERED
Full One Year Warranty
Coversone yearfrom dateof installation, ordate ofoccupancy on a
new or previously unoccupied dwelling. Saveyour dated receipt or
other evidence of installation / occupancy date. Thermador®will
payfor all repair labor and replacement parts found tobe defective
due to materials and workmanship. A Factory Authorized Service
Agency mustprovide Service during normal working hours.
Limited Four Year Warranty
Coversthe second through fifth years from date ofoccupancy on a
new, previouslyunoccupied dwelling_Replacementsof the magne-
trontube if itfalls within four years following theexpiration of thefull
warranty.
thewarranty period,the newowner continues to be protected until
the expiration date ofthe original purchaser's warranty period.
MANUFACTURER DOES NOTASSUME, AND SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS, ANY RESPONSI%LFY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, NOMINAL, INDIRECT, "BUSINESS LOSS",
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. MANUFACTURER SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OR
REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPMED, INCLUDING
WITHOUTLIMITATIONFITNESSFORA PARTICULARPURPOSE
OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILFY. This limited warranty
and limitation of damages may be subject to applicable legal
restrictions. This warranty gives you certain legal rights, and you
may have other legal rights at lawwhich may vary jurisdictionally.
WHAT _S NOT COVERED
1. Service, or damage caused by, an unauthorized person or
agency,or use ofunauthorized parts.
2. Damage caused by consumer misuse or abuse, or damage
caused byany third party's acts or omissions.
3. Damages resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse,
shipping, improper installation (including installation not in
accordance with local electrical codes or plumbing codes),
improper storage ofthe appliance, and any property damage
notdue to the direct result ofa manufacturer's defecL
4. Damagecausedby anythingotherthan normal,noncommercial,
householduse.
5. Service visits to:
Teachyou or others how to usethe appliance.
Correct installation problems. You are solely responsible
for providing all electrical wiring and other connecting
facilities, properfoundation/flooring,andforanyalterations
(includingcabinetry, walls,floor, shelving,etc.) necessary
for installation.
Reset circuit breakers or replace home fuses.

plateon the appliancewhen requesting service. The location ofthe
data plate isshown inthe picture below.

This warranty applies to appliances used in normalfamily house°

This warranty is for products purchased and retained in the 50
states of the U.S.A, the District of Columbia and Canada. The
warranty applies even if you should move during the warranty pe-
