USE THIS FUNCTION TO cook meringues, pastry, cakes, soufflés, poultry and roast meats.

TURN THE FUNCTION KNOB to the Forced Air mode position. (The temperature digits will blink.)

TURN THE -/+ KNOB to set the preferred temperature.

PRESS OK BUTTON to confirm. (The time digits will blink.)

TURN THE -/+ KNOB to set the cooking time.

PRESS THE START BUTTON.

SE THE LOW WIRE RACK to put food on to allow the air to circulate properly around the food.
USE THE BAKING PLATE when baking small items like cookies or rolls.
DURING THE COOKING PROCESS the cooking time can be adjusted by turning the -/+ knob and the tem-
perature by pressing the Back button twice and then turning the -/+ knob. If the Back button is
pressed twice during cooking, the temperature digits will blink.The new temperature setting will
be valid after the OK button has been pressed. Once the temperature digits are lit continously the
new setting is valid.
ENSURE THAT THE UTENSILS used are ovenproof when you use this function.
