Using POPCORN
POPCORN lets you pop commercially
packaged microwave popcorn by touching
just one pad. Pop only one package at a
time. If you are using a microwave popcorn
popper, follow manufacturer’s instructions.
You can set your microwave oven to pop
different size bags of popcorn. You specify
the setting by the number of times you
touch POPCORN. To correctly set your
microwave oven, follow this chart:
Fire Hazard
Do not repop unpopped kernels and do
not reuse popcorn bags.
Doing so could result in fire.
Cooking performance may vary with brand.
Try several brands to decide which gives
best popping results. For best results, use
fresh bags of popcorn.
NOTE:
If you want to change the popping
time after choosing POPCORN, see
“Changing preset cooking times” on
page 35.
1. Place bag in oven and close
door.
2. Choose POPCORN.
Example for 3.5 oz regular bags:
