The oven can be set in 50 in-
crements from
100°
up to
195O.
If a
temperature is set in
lo
incre-
ments, the oven will heat to the
nearest 5O. For example, if a tem-
perature of 1260 is set, the oven
will turn off when the food
reaches 1 30°F.

Display until the temperature of
the food reaches lOOoF. Once food
reaches lOOoF., the display will
change from -100 to 100 thus indi-
cating that the food has reached
100°. The display will then begin
to increase in 50 increments as the
temperature
of the food in-
creases.
If the oven is turned off or the
oven door is opened during the
cooking operation, the Readout
Display will show the preset tem-
perature of the food. Once the
oven is turned on again, the
display will show the temperature
of the food.
If the oven turns off before food
reaches the desired internal tem-
perature,
it indicates that the
probe was not properly inserted
into the food. Relocate tip of probe
as described on page 20 and re-
program oven,
