Defrosting Method
Remove from foil pan; place in baking
dish. Set Quick Defrost for 16:00
minutes. Turn meat over after 960
minutes; shield warm areas with foil.
Remove metal ring; pierce package. Set
Quick Defrost for 660 minutes per
pound. Turn over after % defrosting time.
Shield warm areas after turning.
Remove packaging. Cover wing tips with
foil; uncover tips after l/3 of the defrosting
time. Set Quick Defrost for 560 minutes
per pound, turning bird after l/a of the
defrosting time and letting stand 10
minutes. Cover parts that begin to brown.
Shield edges with foil. Set Quick Defrost
for 1490 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Turn roast over. Shield any warm areas of
roast with foil. Set Quick Defrost for
1060 minutes.
Set Quick Defrost for 2:30 minutes. After
160 minute of defrosting, separate the
pieces.
Set Quick Defrost for 490 minutes. After
290 minutes of defrosting, separate the
pieces.
Set Quick Defrost for 6:30 minutes. After
3:OO’minutes of defrosting, separate the
pieces.
Set Quick Defrost for 6:30 minutes. After
360 minutes of defrosting, turn meat
over and separate the pieces.
Leave in packaging. Set Quick Defrost
for 260 minutes. Defrost till slices
separate.
Leave in packaging. Set Quick Defrost
for 2:30 minutes, turning package over
once.
Set Quick Defrost for 0:30 minute.
Remove one metal carton end. Set Quick
Defrost for 260 minutes.
Standing Time
After Defrosting

Remove giblets and neck
after 20 to 30 minutes
standing time. If ice
crystals remain, rinse
cavity with cold water
and drain thoroughly.
Then cook at once.
